What's the opportunity?
cargo.one is the digital platform for freight forwarders to search, compare and book air freight capacities across airlines. We are proud to have a product our customers love to use, which has allowed us to win over 300 freight forwarding companies as customers in our first year in the market.
We are now building a world-class sales organization to accelerate our growth.We are now building a world-class sales organization to accelerate our growth. As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of cargo.one by acquiring new customers.
What will I be doing?
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
Conduct product demos both in person and online.
Provide accurate forecasts and visibility on customer acquisition.
Continuously optimize your sales process and workflow and share your best practices with the team.
Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure we are driving sales and deals.
What skills do I need?
2+ years of experience as Sales Development Representative or Account Executive, selling software.
Ideally, you have experience in high-velocity or transactional sales.
You are great with people and possess strong communication skills.
You are a self-starter and results-driven.
You have a growth mindset.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You take the initiative and thrive working autonomously, with minimal supervision.
You are native in German and fluent in English.
