What's the opportunity?
cargo.one is the digital platform for freight forwarders to search, compare and book air freight capacities across airlines. We are proud to have a product our customers love to use, which has allowed us to win over 300 freight forwarding companies as customers in our first year in the market.
We are now building a world-class sales organization to accelerate our growth. As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of cargo.one by expanding our existing business.
What will I be doing?
Partner with a number of cargo.one’s customers to grow their product usage
Develop and execute a playbook of initiatives to drive growth in your accounts, and share your best practices with the team
Build strong relationships with your customers, advise them to ensure they use cargo.one successfully and be their main point of contact
Travel and meet with customers onsite to discover and understand their workflows and needs
Gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to inform our product strategy, roadmap and marketing
What skills do I need?
2+ years of experience as Account Executive or Account Manager in the software industry.
You are great at working with and understanding people, and possess strong communication skills.
You are curious and driven to help our customers succeed.
You are able to set priorities right and have strong organizational skills.
You take the initiative and thrive working autonomously, with minimal supervision.
You want to grow personally and make an impact with your work.
You are native in German and fluent in English.
