Nurturing and expanding partnerships with airlines around the globe, enables us to build great supply to satisfy the ever growing demand for cargo capacity. Only by creating a liquid marketplace, we will be able to change the industry. We're highly ambitious individuals who love to test the untested, and we're looking for similarly minded individuals who are constantly curious and driven to understand our business better and drive it forward.
This role is the opportunity to drive the supply side of our booking platform, to be exposed to an ever-changing yet traditional industry and its leaders.

What will I be doing?
You are responsible for strategic partner airline relationships and driving revenue growth.
You represent the company in day-to-day partner contacts, nurturing partnerships, and improving long term relationships to meet both sales and growth goals.
You develop and execute growth strategies, you track and monitor performance, you drive analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity, you foster strong relationships to avoid attrition.
You work with the business development teams at the close of the integration phase to transition the partnership to account management.
You work closely with internal stakeholder, including product, business development and product marketing to articulate partner airlines’ needs and foster a collaborative approach across stakeholders.
You prepare, analyze, and present regular status reports to management team. This includes involvement in upcoming product development and strategy sessions.
You assist and advise marketing, roll-out and support strategies for partner airlines to increase sales.
You work on the retention, contract negotiation and contract extensions of airlines partners.
You are the single point of contact for partner airlines to voice issues, opportunities and feedback, at any time.
What skills do I need?
You have a proven and consistent track record in successfully managing key accounts in a B2B environment, with successful track record of driving revenue growth for partner accounts.
You have outstanding analytical, numerical and problem solving skills and you are able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions.
You live a solution-based approach to sales with a good understanding of technology.
You have a proven background in working with senior management, including C-Level executives.
You show high attention to detail and accuracy, including topics such as billing, contract terms, commissions.
You have a strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive combined with ability to be creative, take initiative and take risks.
You are comfortable multi-tasking and able to handle multiple stakeholders and topics at a time.
You are ready to spend time on planes, whenever needed.
You are fluent in English (more languages are a plus!).
