What's the opportunity?
cargo.one is the digital platform for freight forwarders to search, compare and book air freight capacities across airlines. We are proud to have a product our customers love to use, which has allowed us to win over 85 forwarding companies organically in our first 6 months in the market. We are now looking for a Sales Lead that has the enthusiasm, talent and experience to help us drive our growth to the next level by building a world-class sales organisation.
As our Forwarder Sales Lead, your role is to lay the foundation for cargo.one’s sales by engaging with prospects and customers, developing our sales strategy and processes and building our sales team from the ground up.
The road ahead is going to be very exciting.
What will I be doing?
You will win new customers and expand their accounts, further defining the key value propositions we pitch to customers.
You will develop and implement cargo.one’s sales strategy processes.
You will hire and build cargo.one’s sales team and competencies from the ground up.
You will identify customer needs and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure we drive sales and growth.
What skills do I need?
You have built a proven track record in B2B sales.
You firmly believe in the potential of technology to improve people’s lives and can empathetically communicate this to people.
You have experience leading a sales team and are eager to build your own.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment autonomously with minimal direction.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.
High attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do.
You speak fluent English and German.
SaaS experience is a strong plus.
