Thank you for using cargo.one to book shipments with partner forwarders! These terms and conditions outline the core conditions that will apply for your shipment, irrespective of which partner forwarder you choose to book the shipment with. 

Cancellation fees for late/short time cancellations or “no show” may apply and will be billed as per outlay. 

Extra charges for ETD / sniffing or manual search caused by dark alert during X-Ray process will be billed as EUR 35,00 per piece and EUR 50,00 for EDD extra if needed (dogs sniffing). 

Additional Exports customs declaration 45,00 EUR (if not provided through shipper) applies. 

If a lift truck is required in pre-carriage, pls. add EUR 50,00 for this service. 

ELI or ELM under Section II, airlines take a Lithium Check fee of maximum EUR 125,00 + EUR 5,00 per piece. 

DG PAX or DG CAO Check as per outlay carrier.

Rates are applicable and valid only for general / in-gauge* / nonhazardous cargo. Rates are based on the reported measurements and shipment details provided in the search on the platform. Any change may incur additional charges.

 EUR 50,00 oversize charge in trucking

Quotes offered on the platform include airfreight rate and a set local charges as outlined by the servicing forwarder. Additional fees may be charged as per outlay by the servicing exporting forwarder. 

Payment terms may vary per partner forwarder.
