Air waybill executing according to the terms of a letter of credit = +30.00 EUR

Customs document is incl 2 hs codes. Extra hs code = 5.00 EUR

EUR1 document or ATR document: 30.00 EUR +5.00 EUR/extra hs code

Only valid for general cargo, if not mentioned otherwise.

Valid for volume ratio 1/6 (1 cbm = 167 kgs), if not mentioned otherwise

Not valid for oversized, temp controlled, dgr, maindeck, if not mentioned otherwise

Fuel & security are always subject change by the carrier.

Each carrier is allowed to install a fuel charge at any time and without prior notice.

Quote is subject to any change in type aircraft which can have an impact on provided routing, cargo limitations and given rates.  

Peak season, cargo restrictions, war situations or any other market instabilities can influence our price settings at any time.

Cargo must be presented "secured & ready for carriage"

If not, extra handling and/or packing may apply.

When a shipment is requested and/or confirmed as being "stackable".

For some airlines, whatever is mentioned on the AWB, ”Do Not Stack” labels attached to cargo can influence the airfreight rate per kg and/or the chargeable weight.

Quotes offered on the platform include airfreight rate and a set local charges as outlined by the servicing forwarder.

Additional fees may be charged as per outlay by the servicing exporting forwarder.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the chosen airline.

Payment terms may vary per partner forwarder.
