Services and rates are subject to aircraft loadability, aircraft type and schedule changes;

Rates are valid for 5 days unless mentioned otherwise, but may change without prior notification;

Conditions road carriage: AVC (General Transport Conditions of Stichting Vervoeradres);

Conditions forwarding activities: the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (General Conditions of the FENEX), including the law and arbitration clause;

Conditions storage: the Dutch Warehousing Conditions (deposited by the FENEX), including the law and arbitration clause;

Shipments will not be insured unless instructed;

Payment terms direct unless otherwise agreed;

All quotes are valid until further notice and can be changed without prior notification.

Airlines can charge late cancellation or no show charges. These charges will be billed to you if occur.
