Quick Cargo Service

General Terms
  • Rates given are in EUR per kg for general Cargo only. Not restricted, stackable, with no oversize dimensions –unless otherwise named.
  • All charges are based on chargeable weight, Volume ratio is 1:6 (1 cbm = 167,- Vol-kgs).

Following charges may occur

  • Warehouse charges (only free for the first 24 hours/general cargo "even part shpt" . After 24 hours Euro 3,50 up to 18,00 each 100,-kg  or Minimum Euro 10,00 - 30,00 per day  depends on airline handling agent ),
  • Customs inspection (Euro 65,00/hour), customs seal (Euro 15,50) , delivery to customs Inspection place(Euro 65,00/hour), liftgate vehicle (Euro 25,00),
  • Change of authorized agent if MAWB is not consign to QCS (Euro 25,00)  re-entry after customs inspection (Euro 0,17/kg up to 0,20/kg with Minimum Euro 60,00 depends on airline handling agent),
  • customs document inspection/approval (Euro 15,00), damage/claim report (Euro 40,00), DG/MSDS-check (also for batteries), add. waiting time (Euro 55,00/hour), add. airport outlay etc. will be charged at costs
  • Arrival as consolidated  shpt. (1 MAWB and more than 1 HAWB) will be charged with additional  charges for break down. .
  • Waiting hours for loading at the airport and unloading at consignee warehouse would be charge if caused.
  • Loading /forklift charges 0,07 Eur/kg will be charged if caused,
Additional charges

Airlines can charge late cancellation or no show charges. These charges will be billed to you if occur.

Rates offered by partners through cargo.one

Rates are applicable and valid only for general / in-gauge / non-hazardous cargo.Rates are based on the reported measurements and shipment details provided in the search on the platform. Any change may incur additional charges.For shipments from North America, rates are valid for known shippers only.

Additional fees

Quotes offered on the platform include airfreight rate and a set local charges as outlined by the servicing forwarder.Additional fees may be charged as per outlay by the servicing exporting forwarder.Cancellation fees may apply depending on the chosen airline.

Payment terms may vary per partner forwarder.
