4. Customs Clearance Regular Hrs (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 hrs) after that extraordinary service will apply.

5. We recommend doing the dispatch with the client's agent since it takes us 1 or 2 days to register the information once all the documents are sent and they are correct.

6. Customs Clearance normally charged as extra costs from shipper´s broker and may vary from: USD 400,00 to 750,00. If customs Clearance is done by xpd global (in this case we need shipper´s Power of Attorney) Please consider 200,00 USD.

7. Rates apply for stackable pieces and general cargo.

8. Cargo should come with correct and safe packaging.

9. The above rate do not include inspections and extraordinary maneuvers required by the customs authority, warehousing, extraordinary service, palletizing, wrapping, strapping (if applicable, ask for costs).

10. Charges generated by delays, fumigation, repacking, storage, false freight or other extra expenses must be covered by the exporter or importer, according to the agreed Incoterm.

11. Merchandise insurance is not included. The merchandise travels under risk and account of the client. xpd global does not insure the cargo on its own account, unless it receives express written order from the exporter or importer 1 day prior to pick up.

13. Pick up dedicated service will apply for 0 to max 50 kms from the airport area. After that, LTL service will apply

14. For LTL shipments, quote is based on the information provided and is based on a live load with 30 min free, waiting time charges will apply thereafter. it is highly recommended to book your LTL shipment 24 hrs prior to pick up date required. TT aprox 2-3 labor days

2. Non-Dedicated Truck services may vary from 4 to 5 days. Dedicated services may vary from same to next day, according handling and distance.

3. Charges as Air Transfer Fee, Storage and custody are normally charged directly to cnee’s custom broker. In case those charges apply, they will be charged at cost and according to weight/day and invoice value.

4. Customs clearance will usually be on account of the Mexican Importer unless they are willing to assign our Broker and are registered before the Mexican Authority.
