AirBridgeCargo

You can request and book general cargo from AirBridgeCargo and CargoLogicAir via the platform. This includes shipments that require main-deck loading, but not shipments that otherwise require special handling or services that are part of our special products portfolio such as XL, Pharma or DG.

Bookings can be made, tracked, and cancelled on cargo.one. Changes of product types are not supported.

Air Canada Cargo

General Cargo means any consignment except a consignment containing Valuable Cargo. Valuable Cargo is defined as:

• Any article having a known value of CAD $1,000.00 per kilogram, regardless of the commodity.
  

• Any of the following articles or commodities, less of their value:
  

• • Articles of gold and/or silver and/or platinum
    

  • Artworks (including pictures, statuettes and antiques)
    

  • Bullion (including gold silver and platinum)
    

  • Furs (processed), fur clothing and fur-trimmed clothing
    

  • Gems (cut or uncut), including pearls
    

  • Jewellery and watches consisting of gems and/or gold and/or silver and/or platinum (excluding costume jewellery)
    

  • Legal bank notes, travellers’ cheques, securities, shares, share coupons and stamps
    

  • Money (including printed and metal coins)
    

  • Negotiable paper, including deeds, promissory notes, stock certificates and bonds

El Al Cargo

Users on cargo.one can only request general cargo from EL AL Cargo via the platform. This includes products that do not underly special requirements or demand special handling.

Lufthansa Cargo

The user can only request and book "non special" cargo from Lufthansa Cargo via the platform. This type of shipment is also known as "General Cargo" and only includes shipments that do not require special handling and are not covered by Lufthansa Cargo's "Specials Products".

The user can only complete the first booking – a change of the confirmed booking is not possible on the platform. A subsequent change to the commodity (goods type) of the confirmed booking is not planned.

Commodity: „Miscellaneous“

The SPLs SLY and ZXF are automatically assigned in Lufthansa Cargo's booking engine.

All other specials / products as described below are excluded:

• No perishables - perishable goods of any kind (Fresh/Cool)
  

• No built units (ULD), incl. cooled containers
  

• No valuables (gold, diamonds, banknotes etc. (goods value >1000 USD/kg chargeable weight)
